What is Reiki? Reiki is spiritually guided life energy. The energy of Reiki unites the Universe and humanity through the communication of love. Lynn Roberts, co-author of "Shamanic Reiki" says: "Working with Reiki is working with energy. ..Practicing it (Reiki) means becoming a channel to allow the universal energy to pass through you so it can be received by another." Anyone can learn to use the dynamic, sentient energy of Reiki that flows around us at all times. Why is it important to learn Reiki? Our planet and the people on it are in dire need of healing. Our bodies at one time knew how to heal. Reiki helps the cells remember how to be balanced and healthy. Since energy follows intention, practicing focusing and balancing our intentions will balance and heal our energetic bodies. Reiki is an excellent way of honing our intentions. Reiki is a natural life-force for healing that anyone can learn to channel. Come to the S Everett Reiki Meetup for March and learn to channel Reiki and/or practice your Reiki channeling skills. The Meetups are held at my home. I provide a map to anyone who e-mails me to ask for one. Address: 109 W Intercity Ave, Everett Phone: [masked] I hope to see many of you at an upcoming Reiki Meetup! With the early spring we are enjoying this year, we may have the blessing of hearing the song of the Pacific Chorus frogs at our March Meetups. Love & Light: Kriss
